Windshield Sellection

Looking at getting a mid height windshield for my '07 Attak.

Two are available:
SMA-8FT96-21-BK clear/blk fade
and
SMA-8FT96-22-BK tint blk w/strobe

A couple of questions.
Are they both smoke tint, and is the only difference between the two
is the 21-BK black on the bottom and the 22-BK clear all the way through?
