What is this trick to get these tabs back underneath the cowl plastic?

The tab is on the upper part, so you kind of wriggle around while pushing down and it will kind of pop in place. It is a bit of a bugger, and they constantly pop out of place for me, so I tend to ignore them lol

You slide them insideways and not head on.......
