Has anyone switched the OEM shield that came on the Apex ER (medium height) to the medium height replacement shield? Should be taller

Hard to tell from your photo the difference in height. Is this the OEM mid or the replacement mid? Thanks for your reply.

Mine is a Mid and it is taller and wider then the stock. But were talkin 06, the 07 stock one looks larger then the stock 06.
