Wisconsin Registration Question

Where is everyone putting their registration stickers? I don't really want to put them on the blue panel beside the head light. I called and asked DNR if they could be on the tunnel and they said NO. DNR said they had to be infront of the rider...

I just put mine on the side of the windshield. Trying to upload a picture but it is not working.

Here is mine
Riveted.It did get ice behind it and pop one rivet out a couple times but worked fairly well.Maybe silicone behind it to seal it.
