Would his be a decent snowmobile stand?

I have tried at least 10 times to get a hold of the E&M manufacturing folks. I have left at least 4 messages over a number of days and I have heard nothing back from them. Their price is the best at $169 plus $30 for shipping and $20 more if you'd like the wheel kit. Total-$219

I also like the "Fold a lift" sold by Northern Tool for $199 plus $49 for the wheel kit plus $33 for shipping and Shade tree for $258 and add $53 for the wheel kit and somewhere around $35 for shipping but it's only 24" high. I'm thinking that may be a bit shorter than I'd like.

How high does a Marlift go? They are a bit pricier than the others at $239 with wheels and shipping to the US is $80.

Bottom line I'd like to get one under $200. I will be asking E&M if they'll sell me one with a wheel kit for $199 shipped to my door. Hey, it's worth a try :) Powder Blue

PB, I'm not sure why they are not returning your call. I don't recall having any difficulty contacting them when I ordered my lift. However, I do remember obtaining the one guy's cell phone number. I think when I called the main number, either the receptionist or the recorded message gave/had an alternate number to use. I had it on my contact list on my cell phone but once I received the lift, I must of deleted it cause it is not there. I will check my shipping paperwork and see if it is there. If it is, I will post it.

Thanks Rob. I think their lift is te one to buy (based on the price and very little difference between the models). I'll keep trying. I have three numbers for them now and left messages on all of them and one of them twice.
I still think making one would be a relatively easy task but I want one now. It's time to change the oil, put on my extroverts and maybe change the track. Thanks again for looking. Powder Blue
