I was wondering what would be better for my 09 xtx a ullmer clutch kit or a torque monster by Schmidtbros. And i was wondering what you guys think of these clutches kits do they pull hard or are they kinda mellowed out for trail riding. I want to do mostly powder and a little trail riding too.

Yamalube,
The Schmidt Bros. clutch kit works very well. The nice feature of his kit is its low engagement. When you are at a stop and you gradually press the throttle, the sled moves forward very smoothly. It pulls very hard in the mid range. Chris is very knowledgeable and his customer service is exceptional. Do a search by typing in Schmidt Bros clutch kit or click on my profile to view all of my posts.

I am also wondering about the Hauck Kit #5. I have a Hauck kit on my sled now, that the guy who had my sled before me had put on there. The problem with that kit is, it's not set up for my weight. Hauck said that they would give me some trade in value for the helix, and that's the only reason why I would get another Hauck kit.
