I have a 2011 fx Nytro and I'm thinking about puting an Ulmer Racing clutch kit on my sled next year, I was wondering if anyone else have clutch kits on there Nytro's? Do the skies lift up on a fast take off?
Need to adj your suspension for transfer to get ski lift with or without kit.

I put the schmidt bros stage 2 on mine and wow what a difference. Lowered the engagement from the stock 4000ish to around just over idle. Pulls like crazy now and I'm still around 200rpm low.I have a 2011 fx Nytro and I'm thinking about puting an Ulmer Racing clutch kit on my sled next year, I was wondering if anyone else have clutch kits on there Nytro's? Loosen the front straps for lift or if you just want it some times loosen the transfer blocks so you can flip them out of the way when you want to pull up the skiesMan I can't wait! And "mcamzr" I am looking for more ski lift, I mean ski lift for wheelies

Hey, with engagement at 2000ish, did you lose any top end speed? Did it change your upper rpm's? Aaand does it still pull the same? Thanks

Yes and no. Didn't loose any speed, rpm the same with yamaha belt 200 less with XS, and it pulls WAY harder.Hey, with engagement at 2000ish, did you lose any top end speed? Did it change your upper rpm's? Aaand does it still pull the same? Thanks
If I use the yamaha belt i didn't loose any rpm but I'm 200 rpm lite with the ultimax XS. I just have to take a little weight off and it will be spot on. That was my concern as well. Not that I do 100 all the time but when that's all you have I didn't want to loose any speed. I still can't get over the fact on how much harder it pulls when starting that low. Give schmidt bros a call. They were really helpful with setting me up. This motor puts out something like 80 lbs of touqe around 1300 rpm and you can feel it when it takes off for sure.
