is there another adjuster that is thinner than the stock xtx one?
would like to try this instead of spending $200.00 apeice for the lighter xtx springs. already have mine set on soft and within 2 clicks of soft on the shock.

not sure what you mean by thinner adjuster. you have it on soft and that's not soft enough? how much do you weigh? I weigh approx. 215lb dressed and i have no problems on soft with approx 4-6 clicks set at minumum transfer. rides just as well with the saddle bags on.
did you try to loosen your front rear shock spring to see if that will help? I know it will place more pressure on the front skies but since you have EPS it can take it with no change in steering effort.

Adjusting your skid transfer rods to full transfer will help soften up things.

HI problem guys is that he is about 260 with gear on and snow winch on the back and he has never gotten it to bottom. Ever! I drove it this past weekend for 250 km set on softest spring setting and softest shock setting and it was kicking back in the stutters like it needed a little rebound adjustment(which these do not have). All i can say is the 2005 warrior with olins and proaction rides better than his xtx(even my viper with olins rides better) I just seems to be sprung to stiff.

not sure why you wouldn't be able to bottom it out with your weight and set at softest setting. i was able to bottom mine out in the whoops and had to turn my adjuster up 2-3 clicks. mine will bottom out at least 1 out of 10 times in the bigger holes so i know mine is working right. Like Grimm mentioned, Is your transfer backed all the way off? you might have to revalve your rear shocks.
I can get mine to bottom out as well. I loosened up my front springs almost all the way. I pulled my liniter strap down one notch and have my rear adjuster set on the softest setting. Works nicely softened up the rear a little rides way better and handles better in the corneres.

If you use the star suspension set up it will work much better and ride much better, I made my own. http://www.starsuspensions.com/XTXA.htmmaim said:is there another adjuster that is thinner than the stock xtx one?
