You guys are working too hard. By flipping your sled on it's side you put one hand on the skid and use the other to install the bolts. I have pulled and replaced a skid in minutes. This is no big deal. No matter what make of sled I have never compressed any skid for removal or installation. Swinging your skid in and out is the same as lifting up and down. An wise man once told me to work smarter not harder. So knowing what your doing is key. There is a million ways to skin a cat, but only one works best.
