You know, there have been quite a few posts on the XTX suspension sag. Mine is the same way and I have the Hygear spacers and have had the shocks re-valved by Hygear. These suspensions just simply don't return themselves to the top. But the question, I ask myself when I read these posts, is what's the difference? When you're on the sled riding it doesn't need to return to the top. I'm about the same weight as you in gear. I have the spring preload on med and the clicker on five from minimum. Overall it's an excellent ride so I don't worry about the initial sag. It is what it is.
I have the same prob with my xtx before, but then i buy xtx linkage kit from star suspensions. I also buy 1900nm spring from Ulmer Racing. After i installed this my sag disappeared

The problem of the rear skid of not returning to it's origin stems is due to it's design. Yes you can replace the springs with stiffer ones but that does not solve the issue.. Take a look it the rear coupling adjustment arm, there is a tremendous amount of friction in the design and you will never be able to obtain optimal comfort ride vs. other skids. Take a look at the STAR XTX suspension modification available and you will understand what I'm referring to. Sort of surprised nobody in the aftermarket community had comeup up with it before.

I've been looking at the XTX skid mod from Star, and would like to hear overall impressions. I'm 6' 4" and 300+lbs, and while it doesn't happen often, I do bottom out the suspension on occasion. If the kit allows more useable travel while not drastically changing handling, I'd be all over it.

i also have a nitro xtx and there is a lot of sag and i am heavier so to kill 2 birds with 2 springs i was just going to replace the 2 stock springs with heavier ones and hope that solves both problems ????

I put 2200 springs from ulmer. I now have no sag and the suspension works much better

My uncles 2011 xtx with 350 miles has sag i wouldnt worry about it. I do wish the rear end sat higher. evertime i back up i gotta watch the snowflap so i dont rip it off

It is important that your suspension doesnt sag. If it sags then you are loosing suspension travel. Now that i have full travel my sled handles the bumps a lot better.

Oh yeah, I forgot all about the snow flap. It always feels like I've run into something when I back up onto the stupid thing!
