Ive bought from Port and they are great folks just like my local Yamaha dealer who I buy parts from also. Spread the love.

I bought my warranty on ebay from them.
I have also had a few incredible experiences with buying parts from them.
my sled was down for a blown chaincase. I had 5 days to fix it and called everywhere locally for the parts. 2 parts were backordered and not available for 4 weeks.
I called port. they said they did not have them but they used their parts tracker to locate the part at another Yamaha dealer.
They gave me the number for the other dealer without hesitation even though I was buying nothing from them!!!
I called the other place and had the parts next day air and was able to keep sledding without missing any trips.
that's some fuxxing awesome service right there!!

Update just purchased my extended warranty through Port Yamaha I am with Mike is the best customer service this is the best that I’ve had in 20 years and the snowmobiling businessI highly recommend Just for the customer service it’s worth it that’s my two cents

I'd highly agree with you. Unfortunately I couldn't buy my sled from them, but I've bought all my accessories and parts I've added through them. I've got Fuel Powersports 2 miles away from my home but would prefer to drive 20 to have exceptional service. I won't step into Fuel.
