I have today 22/38 68 chain, gear ratio "1.73"
Im thinking that my sled would mabye work better for a sled thats are 136" with gear ratio 1.61

Maybe this is the reason why the XTX is faster than the SE, the lower gearing is easy-er to pull at top end.
Do you have plan to try different gearing?
To keep the 70 link chain......24/38 or 24/39 ?????
