The sled runs fine over 4k, wouldn't that bearing, A: be noticeable at speed and B: keep it in limp mode not allowing any clean running

Problem solved!!!!
It was definitely the TPS sensor, pulled the trigger on a new one since the dealer had it in stock and said he would let me return it if it wasnt the issue. Plugged it in, entered diagnostic mode in the display and it showed 00, bolted it back on and adjusted it to 15, then adjusted the idle and away I went for a 30 minute trouble free ride. Glad thats over with.....

Good to hear.. Thanks for posting the fix.

You can't bypass the TPS, but you can test it. You can bypass the TORS though. Tell me what you are trying to do and I'll be help you through it.

Remove the pto side panel and below the headlights you will see a harness in a taco shell looking rubber boot. Remove that boot, the connectors you need are in it. There will be two separate single wire plugs, one is white, one is black. You unplug those and plug the black into the on the main harness... The other two wires running up to the bars can be left unplugged.

Ok, very similar to the by-pass on the old 2-smokes, I've left more than a few like this and just ran them, is there any dangers to leaving them for exended time?

No, most people leave it unhooked and add a tether in case it does freeze up. W/o a tether there's the obvious danger of it taking off like a bat out of hell lol

With the key off, push the select and mode buttons and hold them down. While holding those turn the key on and continue holding for 8 to 10 seconds. The display will show d1, let off the select and mode buttons and push them again holding them till the screen shows d01. Now when you push the throttle the screen will show you a #. Closd sshould be around 15 and open near 100.
