Yamaha back on the podium in Finland on sprint!

The phazer four-stroke is a pretty light sled(550lbs wet, same as cats sno-pro 500).Its just the chassis is made for a very active rider. Most people who buy a 80hp sled want something a little more relaxed.Cool pics by the way.Great to see someone using the phazer in its design element :yam: .

Wonder if that is another hint of things to come in 2014?
I ran W/P on my KTM when I Moto-crossed and they are awesome shocks!!

Great pics by the way, thanks for sharing. ;)!
Nope, Totaltek is small Finnish engineering/racing company that has had fingers at snowmobiles since early 80´s, building Rotaxes and stuff.
Now they are producing shocks after many years of importing and R&D of WP´s for snowmobiles.
Those are definitely not suitable for Sunday cruisers!

Am i the only one who thinks this guy looks ginormous on this thing????? Go yamaha!

....I wonder if that is Kimi riding that sled.

Kimi busted his wrist pretty good in a sled crash. I remember seeing his scar when he was interviewed on Top Gear. One thing is for sure he knows what he's doing.

My favorite f1 driver last year and hes a big time sledhead :sled1: .Gotta look up that topgear segment.

Yep, Kimi is my fave F1 driver since he came on scene and when Hakkinen retired. He is a major sled head for sure! Gilles Villeneuve was a crazy sled also. He started racing sleds and then made it to F1.

Kimi was very fast at cross country part at snowmobile race when he was driving McLaren!
Not sure but probably there was some error with timing because he was fastest among Pro sled racers...
Back to topic, Phazer racers took 1 st and 3rd today at P600 class!!!

I guess that was when Kimi was sled racing under the alias of James Hunt. Does anyone know what Toni Haikkonen is up to these days? I remember watching him blow the doors off everyone at snowcross.

I met Toni a few times back in the early days. He would invite me into his race trailer and we would chit chat. I was the only one around who could speak Finn to him. Nice guy and fantastic driver. He was way above the rest when he arrived to race in North America in snocross. Great to see him back in action.
