The coolant heater has been causing starting issues with its placement. Seem the sleds do not want to start after being plugged in, the temp sensor is being fooled that the engine is warmer and its seems to be not putting in enough fuel like trying to start without a choke. You have to unplug it for an hour or so before trying to start it.

X2 The best thing i have found to work is to cover the sled the night before after riding. Its the battray that get so cold.
