Does anyone have any experience with the Yamaha Octane boots? I need a new pair of boots and really like the looks of these, but they seem so stiff. How are they to walk around in????
Thanks
Thanks
There stiff (good support) and ok to walk in but great for riding. Boots wont fit in the toe holds of the apex though.

We have the Octane's on sale for $69.95. We only have 7,9,10, and 11's left in stock. They are sized very small. If you take an 8 street shoe I would suggest either a 9 or 10 in the Octane.

These will be too small. You would need at least a 12. They are pretty stiff to walk around, but great support for riding.

how do they run for size? do you really need 1 size bigger? I wear a 13 shoe/work boot and thats the biggest size the octane comes in

Yep at least one size larger. But the only way to know for sure would be to try one on.

Not to bash or turn anyones opinions but one of my good riding buddies has these boots. They work great for 20deg F or better riding but he says his feet always freeze if it gets any colder than 15deg F. He rides a Nytro. Other than that he said he likes them.
