when they are towing new cats. Wally Is going to blow a gasket if he has to tow this sled again, its been back to the dealer a few times and is still not working. God we love teasing him but it is getting sad, last three out of four skidoos blew the cranks and then he buys a cat.
if you see wally on the trail say a prayer for his sled. another cat on the way home blew a belt, I had to loan him one as the one that came with it wouldnt fit. Neither sled had over 1000 miles on them, new this year.

Ha, Nice title! I saw that and couldn't wait to read it. :tg:
Nice pics, so far this year I have towed an 01 Polar-bust XC800 and a Ski-Don't MXZ 700. I would take pictures but it's just adding insult to injury. :yam:

I towed my buddies 93' Arctic Cat when he blew the chaincase then 4 days later I had to tow his 05' ZR900 when he grenaded the ACT Drive again. He finally said after about 30 years of being loyal to CAT that he is done with them he wants to fix the 05' then sell it and buy a Yamaha. I have ridden with this buddy for over 20 years and seeing his problems with Cat has kept me from trying them. I have owned Yamaha, Ski-Doo, Polaris, and then Yamaha again. He does get them serviced regulary they just don't seem to hold up.

in case you think betheviper is doctoring pics i have the same one ,cameras are great to catch people at their worst huh

yup !!!!! isn't technology great lol

BTV, is that you with the RTX and yellow jacket? My Dad, Rx1Maine, has the same sled and jacket. We tease him mercilessly about wearing a yellow jacket and riding a Ski-Doo colored Yamaha! He had the last laugh earlier this year though. At just over 100MPH on Portage lake, he walked away from me like I was standing still!!! How's the riding holding up up there? We're thinking of riding from Medway to St. Agatha on Friday and staying up until Sunday.

trails are great up here,as long as the weather hold

Had to tow my friends Polaris this weekend. Didn't go so well. It was pretty warm and I only made it about 5 miles before my caution light came on.

Add me to the list of people that have towed a Polaris this year with my 4-stroke power...pulled out an 01 XC 600 that went boom!

I love Yamaha...not only do they kick it on the top end, but that low end torque pulls a dead competitor beautifully!!!

not me, that is allen. Allen is our leader, he is like the big guy they put in front of the quarter back to keep the oncoming traffic away. He is one of those guys that can outride anyone no matter how wore out the carbides are, how loose the front end is, with studs, without studs, always to the bar and somehow makes it through the corner.

Good thing my sled can catch him on the straights.

OT OH you mean there are two of me out there lol, thats how i ride,he sounds like my twin, and i even had that same sled he has,but i love my 07 gt way better than my 07 rtx,i like our 06 rtx way better, although i never had mike carver do his magic on my 07 rtx shocks, but he will be getting my 07 gt shocks.

Hey trevor is that a kitty burning up in the pic,so how the hell have you been man. We were in washburn a few weeks back during one of our famed rain showers that turned into plain hard rain lol,my bud had his 06 apex gt quit running down 105 at the intersection of 83 and 88 and i had to pull him back into washburn, the guy who ownes the gas station and his son let us work on it inside, very nice people,it was just a lose wire, but that is twice he was on my tow rope behind my than 08 doo xp800,other than that i was for the most part being towed by the gt in a drag race if you know what i mean,my doo best trail speed 108 gps vrs apex gt 110 gps on the trails that weekend, best top speed on glare ice on long lake w/doo was 113 gps now i have already had my bone stock apex gt run 111 down the sherman rr bed toward pattern,so i think once i get it studded or xt track on it,it may beat the 113 best doo speed, hoping to beat my best top speed on any of my rx1/apex/attaks 117 is best all time speed.

I remember a guy on a Ski-doo saying he was "passed by an Arctic Cat....and it was being towed by Yamaha!!"

That was too funny because the guy on the Cat was being towed down the lake by an 05 RX-1 what seemed like a 100mph!
