Re: Good Stuff, But Why

Chester one of the key features is that they keep running all the time. On your sled when the rpms drop the heaters actualy turn off due to yamaha design and fear that if you had too much going on the stator would not last as long but rock got it all figured out and was the best add on of all to my 07. dont know what all they did to the 2012 but no more cold hands yet almost too hot.

Anyone with the Yamaheater rear passenger warmers on a Venture care to comment? The wife is complaining so I'm considering options.....

I don't use mine all the time. You wouldn't need them on all the time. Just when your hands get cold. Ask rock for a switch to shut it off. I did and only use the Yami heater when absolutely necessary. So I really don't worry about stator or battery failures. No one here has complained about these failures yet and it's been a few years and hundreds and hundreds of them installed.

bought my yamaheater with boost today. Just finished installing it. Instructions where straight forward and the hardest thing was finding the right wires. But man oh man does it feel good to finally get some heat coming from those handwarmers. This is the best mod I have done to any sled so far!
