What are you doing with the one hose that went to the bottom of the air box ? it's the small skinny one that goes under the oil resevoir. For now I just plugged it, just to fire up the sled and I hope it runs as good as it sounds. Also, you guy's mentioned changing the fuel screw or something to a different setting after putting on the kit, do I need to do this ? I put the filters on and changed the jetting to 165's with the red springs from Holtzman. I fired it up and it seems (even in the garage) it has a little more throttle response, but with the full race exhaust from Blackmagic I could not hear the sucking sound to bad from the filters, this thing is loud
Thanks in advance for any help..... :D

The little hose is simply a drain tube that runs down to the belly pan, no need to plug. The only thing I did to my carbs on both my RX-1 and Warrior was Jet and switch CV springs.

Yamanator, that hose you are referring will just hang down below the air filters. I don't think you will want to plug it though. We had inquired about this last year when Freddie released his kit and he stated to just the run the hose downward towards the bottom of the belly pan. I didn't change the fuel screw but I did ensure my carbs were in sync. That is probably the single most important thing to do after installing the air kit. Maybe the ones who did change the fuel screw ride in higher elevations. I didn't touch mine and it still runs good. I can't wait to get my QC-1 exhaust installed and hear how it sounds with the filter kit installed.
