i have an 03 rx1 that has been warriorized. 136 1.25 ripsaw with 217 studs, heavy hitters clutch kit. i have installed the ecp filters with evac. my jetting is 165 main, 2.5 on the pms, silver holtman springs, and the needles set at stock setting. i live and ride only in michigan and at around 750 feet above sea level. does this jetting sound close? and should the needles stay at stock setting? thanks scott :yam:

I "Warriorized" mine last season, pretty much same as you. I used 196 studs. It is TOO many, lots of push, I am taking half out. I suggest you do the same.

I have 118 studs in my Warrior and it is just right for stopping and going.Works very well with the ripsaw. To many people over stud based on info from who else the stud maker go figure.Listen to Freddie sync those carbs.I also live and ride in Mi. and I ended up riching up my needle's one postion I had a lean bog.Runs great.

JETTING

I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT MY STUDS ARE ONLY DOWN THE CENTER OF
THE TRACK. DO YOU STILL THINK I SHOULD TAKE SOME OUT? AND ALSO TO RICHEN UP THE NEEDLE I NEED TO DROP THE CLIP ONE POSITION, CORRECT? THANKS SCOTT :yam:

My studs 118 are also in the center not saying you need to take any out but if your just trail riding not drag racing on ice then you have more then you need.Just extra weight. My 2 cents any way. That is what worked for me. ;)!
