I thought I would post on the 4 stroke side since more of you guys are buying the ZX2's... I ordered one for my SRX last Tuesday morning. It arrived on Friday and I was all set to put it in on Sunday. I opened the box and end up realizing that there are no shocks with it!!! The worst part is I already sold the M-10 I had in my sled and needed to pull it out to ship to the guy. I decided to go ahead and remove the M-10 and install the ZX2 mount kit on Sunday. I called Jeff today and when I finally got a hold of him he said he would ship me the missing shocks right away. He said there was a third box that should have been with the other two. After him saying that I did notice the one strap was not very tight when I was opening things up. It looks like one broke loose during shipment.

I wanted to take the time to post here because a lot Vendors would have given me a hard time... or tried to charge something for sending the shocks. Jeff was a professional and handled the situation as you would hope as a consumer. They will be here Friday and I will still be able to ride this weekend as planned!!
 

When I needed a replacement bolt - Jeff sent it out the same day, it was a Wendsday and I had it Friday a.m.

I gotta agree on this, as I too have been answered on all of my questions/concerns from AD with what I would consider "minor" issues with a new product.

I received the wrong front idler wheels with my kit. Took a while for them to get back to me, but when they did they reacted fast to send the correct wheels. :Rockon:

It's nice, no it's freaking awesome that there are suppliers that 'do the right thing' when there are issues. Its awesome to see positive posts about a quality product provided by a quality company!!!! ;)!
 
I just expect it anymore, I cant stand people in business that dont return calls or ignore you after the sale. Unfortuntly on a public forum you dont get all happy's only the upset ones post usually. I was thinking AD was the later until this post came up and I needed to chime in and make sure everyone knows you can count on AD.
 
I'm happy with ADBoivin and Jeff. Just got off the phone with him ordering a blue ZX-2 136" for my friends '06 Attak with MCX310 turbo onboard. Jeff had everything ready to ship, nice :)
