Anyone ever find what hyfax will work on the ZX2?
Is there a Yamaha hyfax that will fit so I can still support my dealer?

I was told by Jeff from A&D that it is the same common hifax used on most every SC-whatever skid from skidoo. I am not sure of the exact profile number. Unless your Yamaha dealer orders parts through an aftermarket source, (ie Dennis Kirk, Parts Unlimited...) you may have to look elsewhere for them.
Have you worn thru a set already?

I do not even have the skid installed yet. Just trying to be prepared is all.

Sorry - you have to buy Ski-Doo sliders Profile-8, they will fit the Ski-Doo, M-10 and ZX-2 skids.
If they last longer that the stock yammi sliders I'm all for it, now I run 4 Ski-Doo parts in my turbo sled: 2 extrovert drivers and 2 sliders.

Would you happen to make know a Doo sled model/year that fits it.
Most dealers seem to have no idea what profile 8 is! I just figure if I can give them a actual sled it would save time and confusion.

I really don't know, but I figure sliders for a Summit 1994-95 (136" Track) or a Formula III 1996 (121" Track) would do.

Ski-Doo part number for the 136" is 560312800. Not sure of the 121 number. If I make it to the dealer I'll find out.

Yes they do. I have 2000 kms or 1200+ miles on them with moderate wear, no doubt they will hold up until seasons end at May 5.

I've hit 4000km on my ZX2 and the sliders are still in great shape.
I don't know if this has to do with the quality of the slider or the geometry of the rails.

Anybody know the difference from aftermarket vs OEM doo in terms of quality? These seem cheap:

I hit 3700 kms or 2300 miles sliders still OK, they may have lasted 4500 kms or 2800 miles but I change them out anyway to save me the hassle of changing them out mid January.
