ZX2 - someone has to have a good deal on these things

I have been searching for a used ZX2 all summer. I kept missing the deals as we are dealing with a house fire, that not only has us living in a temp house until spring, but has been sucking up all our free time with paper work, contractors, and all the decisions that need to be researched and made.

I am at the point where I may just bite the bullet and buy a new one because the season is right around the corner. However the price of these things new is insane, 2 grand plus shipping, customs fees, and the install kit. I still cant find a whole package/final price on the internet but have seen some say that have paid close to 3 grand for everything!

Does anyone know who has the absolute bottom line price on these things?

You need to call 2m they quoted me $2200.00 that included the adapter plate plus free shipping may still offer that same price. I found a used suspension instead, check out the classifieds kinger is selling a zx2 suspension.

I think I am going to have to call them. I have a RSS feed for "boivin ZX2 -ford -escort" for every Craigslist in America, as well as a bookmarked google search for the same thing that I have been checking as time allows and I have missed every deal I have seen for the last 4 months.

It would be really nice if they had a US distributor. I just called and the person that answered told me to call back after 2 when the person who spoke English would be in.

Took my Phazer to the dealer for the pre-winter go over. My skid was trashed, broken front shock, bent rails, all of the wheels were damaged. After I received the estimate, I picked up the phone and called AD Boivin and ordered a ZX2 because of all of the great reviews about it. I can't wait. $1945.00 shipped complete to my door. I should have it next week. Where's the snow?
