Having an issue. I don't use an electric shield but I let someone ride that did. No power to FACTORY plug(2011+ had this). Ok easy, change the fuse when we get home.
3A fuse was blown so I swapped it. Still no power!... strange.
Next, I check for power in the fuse box to the fuse...
I had Semi aggressive from previous owner on my 13. Pushed like crazy. I went to 6" shaper bars. Much better with very little darting. Best option for me would be c&a razors but way too expensive.
Like others said above, get more pressure on the skis. Choke up on limiter straps one hole...
I would say no. Yes 2011+ is much more refined but I liked the 121 better. Its lighter. The new ones don't have that airbox bark.
If yours has all nice updates done... Keep it. If you want power steering and a taller seat along with a more bulletproof machine... Then go for it
I just went through my suspension. Note the end of the shock as well as the transfer rod have needle bearings in them. They should be disassembled and greased when you pull the suspension out. The a-arm pivot he showed at the video start is the same with needle bearings.

Not sure if you use the electronic adjust much but I have been told the kyb(standard shocks) were actually more durable. You just lose adjustability with them (no compression adjustment). With a revalve they ride pretty good. Remember to set your sag.
Steel will work just fine. The wear will be transferred to your bolts which are easy to replace anyway.
However, is it really that hard to get a roundstock chunk of oil impregnated bronze? It machines very easily. Call any general machine shop. They might have some.

Hey everyone I have been trying to follow this. I have a 2013 apex with under 10 000kms. As far as I know exhaust has not been touched. I had no reason to worry about it last year as it has always had a pretty easy life and ran great with no leaks.
If I tear into this, what donuts do I use...
This was a great thread with great info. Bottom line is that these sleds all require time spent to get the setup correct. Season is short and many don't spend this time.
