You are on the right troubleshooting path by swapping parts, just do it PRIOR to buying parts... lol Believe the problem you have, you won't find by swapping parts though. Doubtful you have a relay issue, however, we can find out for sure. Would not suggest cutting connectors, or anything...

All of the above is great advice! Unplug & plug back in the gauge, ignition switch, and E-stop a few times, this will help clean the contacts. Cycle the E-stop a number of times, this will help clean the switch also. Might check into the "Ground Blocks" they tend to get the "Green Virus" &...
