You are welcome!
No, you do not have to remove the driveshaft.
You basically remove the items around the brake:
The Secondary clutch, Footwell guard, etc.
Then remove the Brake Housing, Rotor Etc.
Do suggest loosening your track so it is not pulling back on your driveshaft as you work with it...
The seal mentioned was actually 1/4" thick, and per Kevins' & my conversation we made it 3/16" thick, just enough to actually seal the seal plate.
(Yours does look that thick, however 1/4 & now 3/16" is what we normally use)
Am sorry I hadn't had a chance to send you a new thinner one, was...
Think there is something like 8 total blocks, find and eliminate them all.
Soldering & sealing all the wires together is best if possible.
The bogging sound like mid-range jets, the ones your slide needles go through.
Suggest cleaning the carbs well again, especially the tiny jet passages.
Any error codes? Like a code 81?
Maim is 100% correct, the Ground Blocks & the Power blocks should be eliminated, not just cleaned or checked.

Just realized I never really replied directly to this post.
All good questions, will hit the main points.
The reason I posted about the intake clamps is simple.
If you have the intake clamps tightened on the sled, by the time you find the tools, get them off, get the airbox off and are likely...
The airbox already has a Rubber Strap on the front from the factory. This strap locks the airbox Down and towards the rear.
When you put the airbox on, notice how it falls into a fitted location, it won't move without lifting the front of airbox first and this is locked down by the factory...
We sure do have Greasers for the ProCross Chassis!
They are in the Greaser pull-down list.
The ProCross Grease It includes a new bearing and tools required to remove & replace the existing driveshaft bearing.
You don't even have to break the seal on the brake system to install it! ;)!
