I'm a bit new myself ,not to Yamaha though . I'll tell you this about the Warrior . I've got 400 miles on mine and yet to experience any problems, just total fun . I rode 70 miles today on Tug hill ,every bit a blast ! Sips gas too ! The machine is seroius precision . Like everything on earth...

That's good to hear , I've been on some rough terrain ,but not enough to say for sure . Also , I've learned to ride the sled on tighter /slow trails and actually it's a pleasure . The key : never let off the gas, the throttle controls the sled ,kinda like a dirt bike with positive engagement ...

I've had the Warrior on some rough areas ; the ride seems very good ,plush but yet controlled . The sled is approaching the ride my 1996 500xt had , for those of you that don't know , these sleds rode like a pillow-worst handling sled on the planet though.Thankfully the Warrior handles well ...

At certain speeds the rails seem to reach the same pitch as the tail pipes and wow !... is this thing way loud or am I getting way old. 30 to 40 mph seems the worst . Any one else notice this ?,better yet , any one have a solution ?

Last year I ran a zr900 on 1 mile + run with a very fresh srx , stock, but tuned on the money. I could stay even til about 80 then he pulled away steady . I was reading about 127 mph at the end he was 5 lenghts ahead, impressive for sure . We ran several times with the same result...

I have it too , but seems to emerge from the windshield area ,its a low hum like sound . Never heard it til 100 or so miles. I also have some squeaking from the front suspension , anyone have that ?[/list]
