Yes, i'm talking about the shaft that connects the gear where the speedo sensor is/was. Is there anyways to tell if this bearing is shot and/or my jackshaft bearings r no good?
I need to replace my jackshaft bearings as the one on the clutch side of the machine is walking forwards and back when off and on the throttle witch cause the speedo gear to meld my speddo sensor off. Is this a big job? what is all involved?
now that my season is over due to a bent heat exchanger, jackshaft bearings toast and speedo sensor melted, What are my options for replacing my 136" Pro-action rear suspension (ex. M10, SC 10)?
Problem solved! It was the TORS, i loosened the throttle cable cable and put the 2-3mm of free play back in it. Not i hitch all weekend long other than my speedo sensor is shot now.
Is there an actual throttle cable adjustment recommended? Or is it just by feel and by eye? I have tightened my cable up to take the free play out of it.

I was wondering if i can run sunoco 94 octane in my seld? the dealer tells me that i can't cause it burns too hot and eventually it will burn a hole through my piston. Can someone let me know if this is true or a myth
This is my first season with my sled. I was wondering what service should be done to my Air Filter. Does it need to be cleaned in a solution and re-oiled like an ATV? Or just cleaned and dryed with no oil?
as anyone done an aftermarket air intake system on their sled? i was exercising the idea of an aftermarket intake system but can't seem to find anything online
