Ok guys, 09 Nytro RTX, 91xx miles, rattle is just awful!!!. Took clutch iff to soak an clean, thoght, hmmm, fire it up without clutch. Not a sound, purrs like it was new!!! Ordering kit tonight. One ? tho. Rollers ok or should they be replaced? They look ok!!

Thanx for all ideas, got it off! Pain in the arse but got it. Used Stolehm idea, except instead of welding a washer an nut on to it I used the threaded end of a 1 1/4 pipe an screwed a cap on it then tapped it for bolt. Got it off far enough to get a sawzall blade in there to split it.

Been spraying Pen oil on it as much as I can. Wont be able to work on it again till Fri nite. Keep ideas comn. Thanx!!!

Yes, set screws are out. Its a tough spot to get at with any tool.

07 Apex GT, speedo bearing is all but GONE!! NOT my sled!!! Any suggestions on how to get the inner race off the shaft without pulling the c/case apart and pulling the shaft???

Hope you replaced both if you put copper donuts in there, other is sure to go, those ti pipes don't like the copper ones.

Does anyone have any good ideas how to split the Y pipes. have 1 broken flange and 1 cracked. Also whats the best replacement or fix? Have it all tore done just cant get the split..

If Yamaha was going to call it quits I don't believe they would be making the VK and the Ventures on their turf. Like someone else said and hope it is true, they are trying to limit production to retool for 2020. My dream so I can make it as big as I want.....
