I have seen a XTX engine with a hole in the block. The sled had been tipped on its side for quite some time after a minor wreck. When the guy tipped the sled back and tried to fire it up the engine did not move and the starter burned. He left it at the dealer and they discovered that one...

2300 miles so far. But on my last ride the right slider went from 16mm to around 12mm and i could smell the burnt plastic. Trails were hard and i was riding hard. I am very pleased with the way my sliders are holding up since i have a 1,75" track.

I would pick the new MTX SE. Pretty impressive improvements in my opinion.

Outside of North America the SE was a regular model in the lineup. No spring orders here.

Just remember that on the Doo 1200 you have to replace the primary clutch with something that wont blow into a million pieces. MCX uses a Comet primary.

I dont get wet if i ride trails or if i dont get off my sled stepping in powder. The problem for me is the hot air that is blown out by the clutches. It warms up the boot and when i step in the snow the snow sticks to the boot and melts when i start riding again. Should have gotten Klim boots...
