This may sound stupid but check you oil cap...if it isnt on properly it isnt a pressurized system! I had that problem with my last sled, always overheating cause my cap wouldn't seat properly!
EDIT: Stupid me...i was thinking the cooling system! Sorry I am just waking up...!!!
I asked him the questions through e-bay about only ordering one light and shipment, gave him my e-mail address and the same day he sent me a quote to my paypal account
The worst thing about the thread is that this is the last page!!!! (for now anyways)
That was like reading a great book, i couldn't stop reading it...absolutely informative and great job NL. Hats off too you. ;)!
Thats exactly what I got as well. I thought it was in that thread I sent you but it wasn't..sorry!
I contacted the guy and asked him if he wanted to sell direct instead of ebay (be faster). He had no problem doing it, sent me a bill for one light and fast shipping (5-10 days) through paypal...

If you have to spend thousands of dollars to make it drivable...good luck finding one to your standards of no money to spend so it is drivable!!
Better option for you is not to buy one...
I just put on a Hartman tunnel extension on the sled and want to move the tail light to the end of it. Has anyone ever done this and what will I need to do this? Is there a special wire harness that I need? Here is a pic:

To further extended on what cawcislo said...we do have 140hP between our legs on a 500+ lb sled and a small frame. That is a lot of torque in a small structure not to mention the stress that you put it through (depending your riding style). If you want a beefed up frame and a-arms replace it and...
