So for those who got them - what do you think? How hot does it get - will there be a problem with certain things melting? What about extra heat now in the engine bay - without the bag in there is tons of heat exiting there - any concern with where all that heat is now going?
Very interesting - anyone try this stuff and have some before and after evidence to indicate how much cooler the sled might run?? The temps john10toe posted seem to be what I run 76-77C right now without the product.

I have stock skis with Woody's 6" carbide with 144 studs down the middle. Fiddling with suspension Set up - what have people found works best? I seem to have too much ski pressure.
I have front skis shocks on softest setting (have not adjusted preload) while other shocks are on middle setting...
[emoji4] my last 9 machines have been blue - agree with the feeling about belts but there seems to be a bit of a concern with belts breaking on the SW (at least if you look at TY posts - seems that at least some are stock sleds). Go my fingers crossed that my belt life will not be materially...
Is that the protector that Belanger Racing Product makes? I have one coming early next week. What do you think of it - easy to install. I was going to do the same with my spare belt but thought I would put a piece of aluminum on top of it to protect it. At a min I would see if you can find a...
Keen to hear how Ulmer's new rollers are working. Need to buy a set and trying to decide which ones to get - heard the cat rollers, while better than the Yamaha rollers, really are not the best.

Thanks for the heads up - just checked mine and sure enough the threads are damaged. Off comes the washer. Let's wait for OSP, I'm sure they will come up with a solution - good people.

I also had great service from the OSP team - great guys, thank you!
I didn't realize the washer was not to be used until you go to remove the belt - is that actually the case - seems odd and the instructional video doesn't suggest this. Am I missing something? What's everyone doing?
With all these blown belts has anyone experienced any damage to thier plastics as a result of the blown belt - there is no belt guard below the clutches and at 95mph I'm worried a blown belt might do some damage??
I was concerned that if you broke your belt at 100mph it might damage the belt without some protection. Had a guy in our group puncture his rad line on a vector when his belt broke at 80mph - the protective piece of aluminum that protected the line was removed.
I have a LTX-LE, 137" with 144 studs up the middle. Got 250kms on it and trying to figure out the right carbide length/set up for trail riding. Have stock skis and thinking of going 6" on outside and leaving 4" that came with it on the inside. Anyone have some real life experience in this...
Belanger Racing Products makes a belt guard/protector to be installed under the clutches to protect the bottom of the side panel from being damaged if a belt breaks. I'm seeing if we can create some extra space under the guard (between guard and bottom of the side panel) where a belt would fit...
Just confirmed that all Cdn customers who early ordered the LE models are also getting goggle bags - they will be a bit later than our US friends but expect them in next few wks. That wasnt the original plan but Yamaha Canada concluded it was the right thing to do - THANKS YAMAHA!
