Anyone know whether Yamaha supplied oilite bushings for the A-arms of a Nytro are the same for an Apex?? The Nytro Yamaha part number is something like SMA-8GLFR-KT (difficult to read). Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Go with Dupont sliders. Over 10k kms on mine - Apex XTX (known to be hard on sluders).

Sounds like a bunch of work to get at each.

Have a 2006 Apex, 20,000kms all is good but it's getting increasing difficult to turn handle bars. I clearly need to somehow great the critical linkages. Where do you apply the grease, how easy is it to get to those spots?

If is very very cold out, I've had that problem. Once sled warms up 20sec it comes on. Been told that is normal (also happened on an SRX I had) ? Not sure if that is your issue or not

Zumo 660. Best unit out there (all the bells and whistles) but expensive

Trakmaps is the new supplier of official OFSC GPS maps (along with a host of other GPS maps). You can find them online. Customer sevice is amazing, they helped me through the download process on New Years Day! Great people to work with and the maps have clearly been updated from last year.

Managed to get it working. Had to remove SD card and restart it.

Got at Zumo 660, every time i click on the media player icon to play music the whole GPS shuts off. Evrything else seems to work. Anyone heard of this problem?

6 of us were out, past 2 other groups. Trails okay (great for Dec7), irocks, bare spots and icey but I've got about 145kms more than most on my sled! All they need is another 6" and they will be rocking! :-o

ofsc shows trails yellow. Thinking of heading out Sat AM - can antone give an assessment as to the trail conditions???

Sounds like OFSC has terminated the arragement with Red Pine Mapping and the GPS maps will be available through another supplier. Anyone heard who that might be???
