So last night i went to start my sled and it started but the headlight and tail light didnt come on. I had to restart the sled 4 or 5 times before they finally came on. Has anyone else had this problem?

If is very very cold out, I've had that problem. Once sled warms up 20sec it comes on. Been told that is normal (also happened on an SRX I had) ? Not sure if that is your issue or not

I would not call this normal. Anyway I would change 3 of the relays to solid state. If is very very cold out, I've had that problem. Once sled warms up 20sec it comes on. Been told that is normal (also happened on an SRX I had) ? Not sure if that is your issue or not

Just a correction. The headlight relay cannot be replaced with the red solid state relay since it is different. It controls between high and low beam.
It was likely the load control relay, which turns on bothe the headlight and taillight. Replace it with the red solid state relay part number 8GN-81950-00 and be happy. While you're at it, replace the fuel pump relay too. Same type of problem in cold weather.
