Bigger helix angle will increase shift, looser spring will increase shift also. Bigger helix, looser spring will pull rpm lower and with all those studs, may lead to belt slip.
Opinions vary, but usually when going to bigger helix I run same or more tension.
Just bought a ZR200 for my boy and went about servicing the primary clutch. I couldn't get it off the crankshaft as a unit, as it was rusted/seized/stuck on the crank. I first removed the moveable sheaves, then removed the snap ring and fixed sheaves.

I would think since that part is not assigned a number it is not available on its own. Hence you will have to buy complete clutch.

I've done it and it's a breeze.......but the trick is to have the right stapler. I bought an electric one from Amazon and it took minutes to get the cover back on and looking factory. The purchase was well worth it.
