Yes you can with proper sized pin spanner wrench. But depending on model the whole eyelet is offset so shock would then not fit other side properly. At least for the front mounted resevoir like on most now.
I still am using all my Original bolts. Screw the Torque wrench. Torque is wrong. Like I said once its seated it wont leak unless the bolts back off. The Loctite prevents that and really the driver is all thats needed. you can feel when it seats. Cleanliness too is really important.
I seat the cover by hand with a driver like this. You can feel it seat. All of them. Then use a 1/4in drive with swivel for some for final torque with less in mind. Once its seated it wont leak so use Loctite on bolts and treat it like Grandmas fine China. Two fingers lots of Loctite Blue.
Nope. Over tourquing and debris cause failures. My stock Wobble lasted 11000mi and was still perfect when removed. This is a case of if you don’t want to upgrade everything to 17 plus you are better off not messing with it at all.
Hi Mitch
I will be shipping first batch after New Years. If you want one just let me know. I believe that will be all I can make till more bolts become available.
Thanks

If not changing shaft just look at the bearing carefully with flashlight. Look for broken cage. If none is seen run it. Your odds of failure go up if you take it out and put same thing back in especially without proper tools. Either commit to the fully updated 17+ shaft or leave it if not broken.
Raise the back of sled higher. Skid will come into position to slide over shaft. I put mine in yesterday with no ratchets and track tension set from when I took it out. Think about our old 2 strokes. Tipped them on side and put track at 90deg and skid went in so easy. Same here except it’s no...
Instructions:
Get spar to this point. Be careful of Brakeline and Wiring. Pulling coolant overflow line out of way first helps make this easy. Of course if chaincase is apart just remove Jackshaft. But not necessary. I left my header on and was easily able to do this with some finesse and...
I bet she saw Mitch Moellers sled? Always Loved the Flag graphics and what American wouldnt. Tell her Thanks for her Service especially in her specialty has to be a very tough but rewarding job.
I have well over 15,000mi and 5?Years on My Ignition Module from you. Maybe guys weren't wiring them right.I paid special attention to grounding the PCV,Ignition and Pod300 on same lug right by fuse box. I love the maps you made for me using it. The stutter button has won me many races. Probably...
It’s about a hr to check valves and big hrs/day to adjust. Terrible time of year for project like that at Dealership with Holidays and sled setups. They were being nice. My dealer has found tight valves at 500mi. So anything is possible.
Yes you have to rotate the spar holding jackshaft speaking of that. Ever notice there is a hole in that spar that directly lines up with the engine mounts. I bet at one time they were going to use a even longer bolt and go through the hole with spacers.
