Arctic dealer by me says part # for rollers is 0648-842 but others members are saying it is 0648-824.. which one is correct?

Can I have a vender on here give me some info on some rollers please.. thanks

What's your vin #? Mine is 625.

My Vin # is 625.. it's been at the dealer for 3 weeks now, I didn't want to pick it up until the new rollers were installed.. dealer said they are back ordered until Jan 24th.

Was a little on the warm side but no shutdown issues until the coolant hose blew.

Can you tell by the Vin or any other clue to tell if it's early build or 16.5?

Had one roller with small flat spot developing according to my dealer.. he said Yamaha is aware of the problem and he will be replacing the bad one with new Yamaha rollers when they arrive this week.

While it's at the dealer I'm having them look over everything including issues that have been mentioned by other members.

Coolant clamp was torqued too tight and cracked..all the coolant leaked out and sled overheated..had to leave it at a general store and drive my truck back and load it up on the trailer..it's been at the dealer since last Thursday.

I have faith in my Viper..The Sidewinder not so much..First time being stranded does that to ya.

Let's not forget over tightening of clamps that causes cracks in hoses and leaves riders stranded in the middle of nowhere with coolant leaking all over..

I was up in Northern Maine last week and saw no other Sidewinders and 1 Thundercat.

No they are a busy dealership... I'm also having them do a 300 mile service on it and my Viper while it's there, I told them when I dropped them off if they could have them back by the following weekend I'd be happy.

Sorry this had to happen to you..One more thing I will mention to the dealership while its in getting serviced.

I know we are supposed to put 500 miles them and then bring them in for its first service but being that mine had issues, I asked my dealer if while they were addressing these issues should I just go ahead and have the service done at 300 miles instead..they said it was a good idea... just...

Mine kept running but retarded the power..as far as seeing antifreeze leaking, I only saw very little and when I went to put more in it only took a few drops at best..The dealer will let me know about damage if any once he puts it through a couple heat cycles.
