Going to start a list, not a debate or to pitch a bitch. Maybe new members or others might have missed.

List of things to look into......

1)6 bolts from exhaust to turbo need anti-seize to keep them from locking together and making it impossible not to break them off.
Recommended nickel quality 2400° or better.

2) three bolts that mount turbo can be loose. Bulletin pending.

3) secondary rollers have flat spots, material too soft.

4) one or two riders have lost power due to overheating. One rider had cooling hose clamps overtightened and broke. Lost most of coolant. No other signs. My overflow was low.
BTX first ride- left me stranded

Please correct me if info is not 100% correct. all topics have individual threads for you to look at.

Great idea.

I'll add a couple things to check. And this is not a complaint. We are the original owners of these machines. There may be recalls but let's not ruin any snow time.

1. Belt is sitting low on two ltx models I have seen. After reshimmed the sled has more top end.

2. Chain case fluid is low in my machine from factory.

If anyone notices more add them. Let's keep these trail beast performing.

I know we are supposed to put 500 miles them and then bring them in for its first service but being that mine had issues, I asked my dealer if while they were addressing these issues should I just go ahead and have the service done at 300 miles instead..they said it was a good idea... just something to consider even if all seems to be ok..While they are doing this service have them give the sled a thorough going over..I have a great dealer and I have talked to the tech a couple times just mentioning things that other people have noticed.
