Anyone still going to Houghton? Cancellation date is today. The forecast looks promising, just wondering what anyone else's thoughts are.

Started the day by putting together my new shop press, pressed drivers on my new driveshaft, pressed in new bearings in the chaincase, and finally went to my buddies bodyshop to see how the paint came out on my body panels.

Just booked Houghton. Crossing my fingers for lots of snow.

I have an 06 Apex ER that i bought in the spring with 12,000 miles. I'm going to replace the chain as I don't know how hard those miles were or if it's ever been done. I've also read some posts that say to change the gears at the same time, is this necessary? Thanks.

I'm about to paint mine also & I thought the same thing about sanding the bumps off the panels. My buddy that owns a body shop said he'd just use a high build primer and do a little bit of sanding.

So if I was to just swap suspensions would it bolt right in or would I have to modify anything besides the tunnel extension?

I want to go to a 136" track under my apex er, do I have to do an entire suspension swap or can I extend the 121?

What kind of Chrome paint did you use on your exhaust covers? Looks sweet!

When do you need to start thinking about rebuild on the apex engines?

I'm looking at an 06 Apex GT with 15K miles. It has an Ice ripper track, all replaceable bearing wheels, pioneer valved shocks, and a rebuilt chaincase. Is there anything I should be concerned about with that kind of mileage? Just want to know what I might be getting myself into. Thanks, Mike

Just booked 3 of us for the Demo ride. The hotel knew about TY group but said they needed the last name of who booked the block of rooms. Luckily I had one of the TY cards from the milwaukee show.

Cancun last week, I was still thinking about snowmobiling though.
