for the guys with the large trail series, do they hit the windshield at all? and what size windshields do you have? I also read that its easier to stand with the pro series b/c they are cut out a little more near the hands so you can stand easier. Do you have any restrictions with the large...
Does nextech have a website? I'll like more information on them. I'm possibly thinking about getting resi for my floats in the future and the hygear price is way out of my range. So I'm guessing the muffinworks is at the top of my list now.
Is there I muffinworks member hear? I thought I...
Anyone have experience with skinz handguards? Are they any good? I'm looking for something better than the tiny handguards that came with my nytro rs. Need to keep the wind off my hands this winter.
Thanks for the resource! I'll have to print it out and look into it. I definitely appreciate the link. I joined that site and listed you as a referral.
Thank you. I found my service manual. I went crazy looking for it and I ended up getting an old hard drive to work that I thought I fried and it was on there. I was able to pull the pdf file off and put it onto a thumb drive.
I've never cleaned carbs before. Is it complicated? I have the...
I know this is the wrong section but if any guys in this thread have plans for a 3.5 Rox risers I'm selling mine. I used it for one season. Nothings wrong with it and works fine. I just prefer the standard height for my Nytro. I took pictures and will post them in the classified soon. Just a...
If I had $200 to spend for an upgrade on my '07 Nytro RS what would I get? I ride groomed trails.
Only upgrade I have done so far is skis and a skid plate. I was thinking maybe the stabilizer bar.
wish I had money now. I'm going to sell my Schecter gryphon guitar since I play it maybe once a year. I know its not worth a lot but I should be able to get atleast one of the things on my list.
Do you like the curve skis? I haven't had a chance to try mine yet b/c I bought mine towards end of last season.
Does the 13 mm bar make a big difference?
I have a 2007 Nytro RS
Future plans wish list:
Rockmeisters hot hands kit
Skinz Trail series hand guards
13 mm Stabilizer bar
Hy-Gear reservoir kit for my fox floats
Exhaust system (don't know what one yet, any recommendations?)
Clutch kit (don't know what one yet, any recommendations?)...
The reason I'm thinking about the carbs is bc I noticed that most of the time if I goose the throttle quick and let off the sled will make a sputter sound like its hesitating and then it kicks in. Everynow and then the sputter will be followed by a stall. Sled starts right up and besides the...
anyone have the '07 Nytro ER service manual in pdf? I'm thinking about cleaning the carbs and would like to know exactly what I'm doing and also so I can teach myself. I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm pretty sure you can. I read a while ago of someone interested in doing the same. I believe the guys at port yamaha can get you a quote for the parts. As for looks it would look just like the '06 nytros but instead of yellow A-arms yours would be red.
I love my FXR back shift attack. Never cold and if temps aren't below 0 then I ride with a t-shirt under the jacket and after a few minutes of riding I'm just right. I couldn't be happier with FXR and looks awesome.
The Skinz guards look nice. Anyone have and like them? and have pics?
I'm in the market also since I haven't found a medium windshield that I like. I have full FXR gear and never cold but my hands tend to get cold from time to time. I think bigger hand guards will help.
this is probably a stupid question and I've heard people talking about them on this site but what are "ski savers" I don't remember seeing any of them in the catalogs or online stores I buy from. :o| I'm new to the snowmobile scene.
I just bought Curve XS skis so should I get ski savers for...
as I first mentioned I don't look for jumps but was in situations from normal riding where I would hit one unexpectedly and then land hard or not feel comfortable. It would be nice to know some techniques if I'm in that situation again where I don't have time to slow down or go around the jump...
