anyone have the '07 Nytro ER service manual in pdf? I'm thinking about cleaning the carbs and would like to know exactly what I'm doing and also so I can teach myself. I'd greatly appreciate it.

The reason I'm thinking about the carbs is bc I noticed that most of the time if I goose the throttle quick and let off the sled will make a sputter sound like its hesitating and then it kicks in. Everynow and then the sputter will be followed by a stall. Sled starts right up and besides the initial stutter when quickly pressing and releasing throtle sled seams so run great. I haven't cleaned them in 3 seasons bc don't know how and why I'm looking for a service manual.
Or is this normal or do you guys think it sounds like the carbs just need a cleaning? There's 900 miles on sled.
Edit: I just found my service manual on my old hard drive.

I would say something is up with your sled. It could be gummed up carbs or the TORS system kicking in. I have the factory 07 RS shop manual on CD but I cant create .PDF's to send you from it. If you want to give me your address, I will try and print off the sections on carbs and TORS and mail it to you. G.B.

Thank you. I found my service manual. I went crazy looking for it and I ended up getting an old hard drive to work that I thought I fried and it was on there. I was able to pull the pdf file off and put it onto a thumb drive.
I've never cleaned carbs before. Is it complicated? I have the diagram of each part and tells the order to take the parts off and put back on. Anything special I would have to do after? anything special I should know? I read somewhere on here about syncing the carbs. Would I have to do that if I clean them? I definitely want to learn and not have to rely on a dealer and at same time if I don't have the resources and know exactly what I'm doing I don't want to get in over my head and make the problem worse. Any help and information is appreciated.
I don't think its the TORS b/c I don't get any error codes

Have a look at this post by Mr Viper from the 2 stroke side. I thought it was the best post on carb cleaning that I have seen. The carbs on our 4 stroke machines should be reall similar to what is shown here. G.B.
