Ok, that's a little confusing as on their website under the V-58 description it says it comes with a secondary spring and makes no mention of a primary spring unless I'm missing something.

Does the big venom kit for the sidewinder (V-58) on their website come with the new orange secondary spring now?

Which year RR shaft is the heavy duty one? 2017 and 2018 RR's use the same shaft as all the others.

That's what I use on my Nytro MTX, keeps it below the bars and protected. I've rolled it over without issue in deep snow.

You may not have any issues at all. A lot of us (myself included) put over 1000 miles on last year on our 2017 'winders with no belt issues whatsoever. From what I'm seeing though, this thunder products spring is very cheap insurance to guarantee you don't have any secondary spring issues.

Can't wait to hear how this goes Knapp, I have a CVtech on my Can-am Outlander 1000 Max and it works great with a similar simple design. If it quiets the rattle down as well that would be awesome.
