I had regular anti seize on mine and after 350 miles they came out easy. I put the high temp nickel anti seize on them this time. I'm running the 10.9 bolts on the two hard to get at bolts and no problems so far.

I rode last weekend with the Dx shield and it's very nice. So comfortable. I'm getting old and like being warm! Try it you will like it.

I will sell my low/mid windshield for $50 if anyone is interested. I like being real warm on cold days so I went with the Dx shield. This shield is fairly good on protecting you but it's not as good as a tall one. Pm me if interested.

I will win this one. Stopped at my dealer 10 days ago and wanted some answers on Parts ordered, jacket and goggle bag. I was told he would check on it and would get right back to me. Still waiting. He probably doesn't have a clue what jacket I'm even talking about. Worst dealer experience ever! I...
So I'm guessing it's not just turn the dial and boom more power. Wouldn't you need to clutch for each power increase? Not knocking the product but you need to do things if boost is increased. Maybe I'm wrong! What are the advantages over a tune?

Just tried mine last night on bare ice with a inch of snow and it turned for crap. I know in snow they will work good but not impressed on the ice. Maybe I need a little more ski pressure.

It's a viper shield. It protects pretty good but I'm getting old or soft. I like my mid hieght cat shield on my 2014. Warm anytime. Maybe sellling the viper one and buying a Dx shield.

Take a straight edge ruler put it in straight till the front of the ruler is in line with the back edge of the primary. Then measure from there to the front edge of the secondary. Mine was 2 5/16.

So what did you figure your problem was? I was running my sled at 6-1 and it seemed to bind on top end. Glad you are getting some miles on it with good results.

Can't be worse than the cat turbos in 12 - 13. I could have cooked thanksgiving Turkey on those clutches. Most of the time you couldn't even touch them. Some of those sleds could blow a belt in 50 miles! Also Turbo Dynamics's said putting a different air filter system raised the boost unreal and...
Ya i figured why keep it pinned when it's not really going anywhere. Now if I rolled into the throttle it would build power easily and do 80 half throttle. We will have some fresh snow on the lake by mon night and can test again. I never checked belt or clutch temps but I noticed belt dust on...
I tightened mine to 70 and it seemed like the sled hit the wall around 100 mph on the grade. Snow was a little loose but something didn't seem right on top end. How could you tell it was binding?
