@jtmetal I run the 300 tune and upgraded the pump just a bit to a 190lph. I data log and it is almost always removing fuel. That said, I upgraded because I didn't want my pump to get a bit weak over time and put me in a bad place. I also haven't had long runs on a real cold night or with my 3"...
Agree with the 115-120 mentioned. I ran 114 last year on a railbed with little snow. Couldn't get traction to start so slow out of the hole and could smell hyfax by the end. This is with Dragy and 22t top gear. I was running the 300 tune but also running a stock modified 2.5" muffler. I run a 3"...
He changed the cap in gen 2 to be a smaller opening. In gen one it was larger and he had some that allowed it to pressurize the motor too much. To alleviate that he put a jet in the line which was a smaller hole so the equivalent of the gen 2 kit. This is the gen 1 kit with the jet.
I use the Thundercat grill (yes it snaps into place the same) with Frogskin. I bought a piece and hot glued it on the edges. Has worked great for 2 years now. I understood it would limit airflow, but I follow close and have an ice block up front in the first couple hours of riding. This is a...
I had the same problem when I changed my track. I ran it and the track stretches out pretty quick. If I did it again I would not have went with a 4th wheel kit that uses the larger wheels because I'd also like to try it with the bar removed and you can't with the larger wheels.
I have a used torsion block relocate kit from Barn of Parts. It was used 1 season on my daughters Viper. Works well for lighter riders and in excellent condition. $65 shipped to the states.

I have a first gen roll over bypass kit from Barn of parts for sale. It is new and never used. It comes with the jet to install in the line so not too much pressure goes into the engine. $60 shipped to the states...
No blown belts for me in ~5k miles. (with a variety of gearing over that time) I am running Yamaha clutches so something to consider as @Fords4life mentioned above. I ran my XS825 belt for just over 2k miles last time and just put a new one on this year.
That is odd about the gears. I guess you'll see when you open it up. I posted a couple runs last year between the gears that you might be interested in. Don't worry about the overall speeds as much as this was on a narrow rail bed where I couldn't get good starts. You can see a decent difference...
