For those getting up there in mileage you may want to check your tunnel rivets. My heat exchangers were literally hanging on by a thread. I had to replace them all.

Replaced all my rivets with stainless button head Allen screws with nylock nuts.

These rivets are the same as Japan yamaha rivets.

The ones holding the heat exchangers in were aluminum. I used steel ones to replace them.These rivets are the same as Japan yamaha rivets.
