I've had the shockwave on for 2 full seasons no more than normal wear n tear.

I've run the shockwave on my 2013 xtx since new it's a great tool for adjusting your clutching if it's warm out side & you lose a few hundred rpm you can loosen set screws and tighten the big screw and gain back those rpms.

I had same trouble with mine one broken cable had to cut bolts off I just tied mine wide open works just as well.

On Your instrument cluster you have 2 buttons on the left side hold down the bottom button and turn your key off then back on. But don't let go of the button.This should do the trick.
