I just thought that someone could throw a couple pointers my way about maintenance on the new viper and some things to look out for.

Thanks all look tonight The guy I bought the sled off of said the sled was stock except for the Hindle exhaust. What weight should I be using to stop it from hitting limiter ?

Should I be doing anything to the clutch ? What should I keep greased up ? Are the viper sleds known for breaking down ? What are the common issues for the 2015 viper?

At launch right up too 125km and then won't go any faster.

Thanks yamahaguys. The reason I ask about break-in when I pin it it just seems to want to hit limiter 0-120 Kilometers an hour. Is it supposed to hit limiter all the time or something wrong and I should take it to the dealer ?

Thanks yamahaguys, I was just worried my sled wasn't getting oil pressure... I just bought the sled secondhand ..... I think we still hit the kill switch because were used to the old two strokes Haha. Do the Yamaha vipers have a break in Mode till 1500 km, and then it will give you full power
