    Sounds like a frozen decompression pin (just a little bit of condensed water). Or stuck decompression pin. Happend to me. Easy fix. Take it inside. Leave it let it get warm. Try again. Or take the valve cover of. Check the pins on the camshaft. They are supposed to stick out and move freely...

    I think you're right. Had this on my turbo. After 2012 the phazer has two sensors. Check both of them. The MCX-kit must be up to date. Mine wasn't, and Erik, owner at MCX, helped me out.

    Na, I've got about 7 mm per side (14 total). Tried more but settled for 7 since I didn't gain any stability by adding more.

    You probably got your skis set with toe-in instead of toe-out. The Phazer need pretty much toe-out.
