Alright. I need some real life experiences and better yet some pics of your experiences with the white yamaha tunnels.
I'm purchasing a 2015 viper and numerous people have told me to stay away from the white tunnels as they look like crap as the season goes on. I guess the main issues are...
Wow guys, I'm surprised that the spindles will bend. I know they break but didn't realize they could bend. I will remove it and check it against the other side. I will post some pics when I have a chance. It's a 2010 RTX SE by the way.
Hey guys. I need some advice.
Last year I bent my sled pretty good when I hit a railway tie. I was going really slow and my left carbide hooked on the metal railway track throwing me over the front.
Needless to say I had to replace the front bulkhead, I also replaced the upper and lower...
Thanks everyone for all of your input. Looks like a really great product. Just wondering, is there any discount for forum members or maybe even a summer time sale?
Hey guys, quick question. I have a 2010 Nytro RTX SE. I am looking at getting a lake effect handlebar riser and was wondering how high do most people go and how high a riser can I put on without affecting the wires and cables? Thanks
I did exactly the same thing right down to the goo gone and I too have that dull finish where the warning sticker was. I'd love to know how to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So that DuPont ice repellent actually works? I kinda thought that was gimickie. 10 Pounds of ice would be better than 30 until I find another solution.
Thanks for the updates guys. I am looking at getting an Ulmers clutch kit. The tanks are small on the Nytro's so I don't really want to lose too much millage................I just want more performance when hitting the fun flipper!
Looking for some results from people who have installed a clutch kit on their Nytro. How did the clutch kit affect your gas milleage? Does it affect it that much and what clutch kit are you using?
You guys are right. I am looking at fabricating something possibly using a thin sheet of aluminum. I am going to mount it from the snow flap mounts towards the front above the tunnel protectors. Hopefully this creates a smooth surface that won't allow the snow and ice to build up. Currently...
I was sledding this week riding some really nice rail lines. I put in about 300kms without hitting so much as a tiny bump. When I got back home I noticed that I had quite the ice build up in my tunnel at the back against the snow flap. I kicked at it and broke a bunch off. I put the sled...
Perfect, so the 1900's that I ordered are in fact the next springs up!! I was looking for slightly stiffer springs and I was worried that I had just ordered what was already on the machine.
I am looking to update my torsion springs and I am confused as to what the actual spring rate is for the RTX SE. Some have said they are 1400nm while other people are saying the SE has 1900nm springs. Is there anyone that knows for sure? My dealer said the 1400's are the stock springs...
Hey guys, thanks for the tips. Install is complete. Took about 2 hours for full button up. Hopefully this stuff doesn't leak. Now lets get out and do some riding!!
Hello everyone, just looking for a couple of tips. I am going to be installing the heat exchanger from the MTX on my new 2010 RTX today. I was hoping someone who had done the install could share some tips with me as to what I should watch out for, or anything that would make the install easier...
