    Mounting My GPS - Update with RAM Mount

    I forgot to take pictures of it this week-end when I was at the cottage. Grrr. My hardware looks identical to Cubby's but I mounted mine to the lower windshield bar and the GPS is now flush in height and sits right beside the dream meter. It almost looks "factory".

    I cursed that "filler neck" for my first couple of tanks... I noticed it moved a little bit when filling, so I stuck my finger in there and yanked it out. Much to my surprise, once you have it out you can reverse it and put it back in and it acts as a funnel for refueling. I'm not sure if...

    just mounted my new gps

    Heh, I JUST mounted my GPS tonight too. It looks the same but it's an older GPSMap 60CS. I used a RAM mount and actually attached it to the lower windsheild support. The GPS sits flush, directly beside the speedo.
