We are no longer supporting TapaTalk as a mobile app for our sites. The TapaTalk App has many issues with speed on our server as well as security holes that leave us vulnerable to attacks and spammers.
Take all the shocks off and throw them in a trash can. You can use these AC part numbers to put IFP shocks on your sled for a decent price. The bushings and springs/retainers can all transfer over.
We are hoping for the least, a Blue 600/800 with Yamaha clutches on them. That seems to be the most POSSIBLE option out there.
We purchased a Venom for the missus this past season. We have had to make some upgrades suspension wise and obviously customize it to make it hers- but it’s been a...
I am glad the Mach Z came out. The nostalgia is pretty legit if you ask me.
As far as Doo owning the market- they should. They sell to majority people that keep their sleds for 3500 miles then they dump them for the latest and greatest. I ride with many Doos and I have one that I ride with (a...
While I wished there had been some more 2s offerings with Yamaha clutching, this year wasn't necessarily a surprise to me.
I was able to sell the better halves Phazer- Good riddance. The only thing that kept us clinging to that sled was the engine being fun; 3 years in a row I had to sink $2K...
We had the P1324 code as well on a 121 model, cutting out etc. Tried 13g weights, that helped immensely as it made it all day except 1 time it threw the code. This past weekend we had installed 14g weights into it and rode it all day with ZERO issues. No cutting out, no codes, no belt noises...
So we are still getting it as well. Sled is over revving way too much. I have been in contact with my dealer. I am really wondering about this fuel injector issue. Wonder if we all got too small of them? Its behavior is lack of fuel, cutting out badly. Intermittently getting the DTC P1324 still...
Had this going on as well- P1324 is knock system activated. We have 210ish miles on it- I was informed it “cuts out” by the missus at lower speeds sometimes. I’m really hoping this isn’t leaning anything out. Running same 91 fuel as the sidewinder as well.
Looks to me like this is worth getting excited for Steve! Ours should be in soon at PY. We are counting the seconds the Phazer sold in less than 24hours so now there is a place for it to go!
Made my deposit on a Venom yesterday at PY. I’m hoping their shipments are early. The missus wants to spend time in the garage with it before she rides it this season.
I was a bit concerned there- I was thinking to myself "does dude think I was referring to the 480 hair dryer??"
And I am well aware about the low inventory meaning "bad" for the consumer- I also believe that if you're trying to be a cheap fook in this sport you best just kick rocks- it...
From my extensive research- you have a golden horse shoe up your keyster if you run a stock tune with even an MBRP trail can. I have really wanted to toss one on- the video on YouTube I heard of it was awesome. Not annoying or loud- just right. But sadly I am not putting a tune in mine- so no...
I will go ahead and add too- I LOVE Apexes, Nytros, and all the classics. I would love to have one of each in the stable for one to rip around on- they are great machines- but as far as one that can do it all? I’ll keep my hybrids until I find something that keeps up.
When or if a pure bred sled comes out I will have my popcorn ready to listen to the following comments:
Apex replacement is released- all new with the 4 cyl genesis that 90% of the haters in this thread constantly carry on about:
oH mY gOd ToO eXpEnSiVe- I wOnT bUy It!
A new two stroke comes...
